Many Premiere Pro users have experienced this issue: After applying the Warp Stabilizer effect to several clips, the "Click Analyze to begin" or "New frames need analyzing: click Analyze" message is displayed. Clicking the "Analyze" button for all clips can become very time-consuming.
The good news is that there is a simple tool that allows you to automatically analyze several clips. The required plugin is a Premiere Pro extension called Batch Analysis Extension. The extension is available from: Vakago Tools or directly from Adobe Exchange.
Below, you can find the steps to batch analyze all of your clips. After installing the extension from Adobe Exchange, open the extension panel by navigating to Window > Extensions > Batch Analysis.
The Batch Analysis and Stabilization Extension for Premiere Pro allows users to easily stabilize several clips automatically using the Warp Stabilizer effect.
In your timeline, select the clips you want to reanalyze and add them to the stabilization queue.
Make sure that "Add Warp Stabilizer if not present" is unchecked. This will ensure that the effect is not added to clips that were previously not stabilized.
Check "Reanalyze all clips in queue".
If your computer is powerful enough and you want to speed up the analysis process, you can enable parallel analysis. To do this, choose the desired number of parallel stabilizations in the "max. parallel analyses" dropdown.
More information about this process can be found here: Reanalyze all clips
Select all of the clips from your Premiere Pro timeline. You can also queue clips from other sequences or projects.
In the Batch Analysis Plugin panel, select "Add Selected Clips".
Make sure "Add Warp Stabilizer if not present" is checked in the settings of the extension.
After you’ve added all the clips you want to stabilize to the queue, click "Start Queue" and wait for the stabilization to finish.

You can also change the Warp Stabilizer's default settings in batch. This solution is particularly useful for users who want to adjust the stabilization settings automatically. You can create custom presets, which you can apply to all or selected clips in your timeline.
For example, you can use this feature to create a preset for changing the stabilization smoothness of several clips in your timeline. A detailed description of the Warp Stabilizer custom preset feature can be found here: Batch Analysis Custom Presets
